Our clothing is produced to order, so we ask customers to check their chosen product and size carefully before ordering..
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving it at footystuffuk@outlook.com
Please include your order number, a description of the problem and, where appropriate, photographs showing the isse.
If the item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights. This may include a replacement or refund.
Changing your mind
For purchases where UK consumer cancellation rights apply, you normally have 14 days from receiving your goods to tell us that you wish to cancel, followed by a further 14 days to return them.
Items should be returned unworn and in their original condition. You may be responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item unless it is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not as described.
Please contact us before returning anything so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Products that are genuinely personalised or made to your individual specifications - including products that have a requested players name - may be exempt from cancellation rights where permitted by law. Simply producing an item after an order is placed does not, by itself, remove your statutory cancellation rights.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
