These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made from ToonStuff through toonstuff.co.uk.
Intellectual Property Notice
ToonStuff respects the intellectual property rights of football clubs, organisations and other rights holders. Our products are independently created and are not official merchandise. We do not reproduce official club crests or logos without authorisation.
If you believe that any product or content on this website infringes intellectual property rights that you own or are authorised to represent, please contact us with details of the rights concerned and a link to the relevant product.
We will investigate the matter promptly and, where appropriate, modify or withdraw the product while the matter is resolved.
Products
FootyStuff sells original football-inspired clothing. We aim to display and describe our products as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen and the manufacturing process.
FootyStuff is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to any football club, league or governing body unless expressly stated.
Orders
When you place an order, you are responsible for checking that the product, size and delivery information you provide are correct.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order where we are unable to fulfil it, where there has been an obvious pricing or product error, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity.
Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). Any applicable delivery charges are shown during checkout before payment is completed.
Payment must be successfully authorised before an order can be processed.
Production and Delivery
Our clothing is produced to order. Estimated production and delivery times shown on the website are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Returns and Refunds
Your rights regarding cancellations, returns, faulty goods and refunds are explained in our separate Returns & Refunds Policy.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Intellectual Property
FootyStuff designs, branding, graphics and original artwork remain the intellectual property of FootyStuff or their respective rights holders and must not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including your legal rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The terms applying to an order will be those in effect when the order was placed.
